Integrating Windows and Web Applications with DocuPhase
The iLink tool has been designed to allow you to quickly and easily integrate Windows and Web-Based Applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Dynamics GP, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Oracle Financials, etc.) with DocuPhase Platform.
Built around an open database and utilizing XML and the Web Services of the , iLink is a scalable network-based solution specifically designed to meet the demands of high-volume data and Document capture. By seamlessly integrating the DocuPhase Platform with third-party Applications, it allows DocuPhase Administrators (and TPOCs) to access and use a wide variety of software Applications from within DocuPhase: providing direct access to the data you need in order to perform a multitude of functions such as searching Documents, updating Index fields, reading barcodes, and more.
And, because iLink requires no programming or scripting skills, Administrators can quickly create new links for integrating Windows - without the need for IT assistance or support! You simply define criteria for the data they need to obtain from the target: creating a link. This link is then placed (as a new button or hotkey feature) into a designated third-party Application.
IMPORTANT!
This tool is available only when using the Legacy Viewer and IE together. It is not available when using the HTML5 Viewer or in any other browser.

- Health Care – Capture billing and patient information directly from patient management Applications.
- Customer Service – Capture data from invoices, contracts, merchandise returns (via barcodes) directly from Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or other Applications.
