Available features and functionality within the DocuPhase Platform are based entirely on permissions based (in part) on your security access/login credentials. For example, employees of the same title can have very different levels of access and capability.
If you think you should have access to something you don’t, please contact your DocuPhase Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for assistance.

A DocuPhase Technical Point of Contact is a person within your company that is the first line of support and information relating to the DocuPhase Platform. In most cases, it’s beneficial to any User to know how to solve her/his own issues with the system. This means not having to rely on or wait for assistance when you can quickly find an answer and resolve the issue on-the-fly. Therefore, we recommend that you at least try to find answers in this online help system so that you might troubleshoot issues.

After contacting your company's Technical Point of Contact (as described above), you can submit a request for assistance (i.e., open/submit a ticket) via email.
1) Send email to support@docuphase.com.
2) Make sure to include the following information :
- Your name and preferred contact method (i.e., phone or email - or both)
- Your job title
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screen capture (when possible)
- Operating System (OS) and Version
- Version of DocuPhase

BEST PRACTICE
