Introduction to the DocuPhase Enterprise Automation Platform

The DocuPhase Document Management Core is the foundation of the DocuPhase Enterprise AutomationPlatform. It exists in every installation, and provides the main User interface that includes all of the following:

The Capture Recognition Core of the DocuPhase Platform provides a variety of ways for capturing Documents, files, and multimedia content as Indexed digital items - securely stored and protected in the DocuPhase Platform Repository.

DocuPhase Forms is an optional component that allows you to create and store a library of electronic forms that can be used from within DocuPhase, as well as from your websites and/or portals.

Progression is the Workflow design solution that is used to define Workflow processes. Once a Progression automated Workflow design is completed, DocuPhase Users are able to access and use the Workflow design to add Tasks to Work Queues, as well as Email notifications. • Basic and Advanced Queues
• Email Notifications

DocuPhase Advanced Analytics provides insightful Business Intelligence to increase visibility into your business operations, accelerate decision making, and unlock the value of your data.

Available features and functionality within the DocuPhase Platform are based entirely on permissions based (in part) on your security access/login credentials. For example, employees of the same title can have very different levels of access and capability.

A DocuPhase Technical Point of Contact is a person within your company that is the first line of support and information relating to the DocuPhase Platform. Before contacting the DocuPhase Technical Support team, be sure to reach out to your company's TPOC. This saves time and effort on your part, and gets you back to working efficiently, again!

In most cases, it’s beneficial to any User to know how to solve her/his own issues with the system. This means not having to rely on or wait for assistance when you can quickly find an answer and resolve the issue on-the-fly. Therefore, we recommend that you at least try to find answers in this online help system so that you might troubleshoot issues.

After contacting your company's Technical Point of Contact (as described above), you can submit a request for assistance (i.e., open/submit a ticket) via email.

1)  Send email to support@docuphase.com.

2)  Make sure to include the following information :

• Your name and preferred contact method (i.e., phone or email - or both)
• Your job title
• Detailed description of the issue
• Screen capture (when possible)
• Operating System (OS) and Version
• Version of DocuPhase

BEST PRACTICE

When sending email to request assistance, along with a detailed description of the issue, be sure to include all system version information, as this will allow the DocuPhase Technical Support Team to be more efficient in responding to your ticket. Show me...
