Understanding the Repository
- The DocuPhase Repository can be thought of as a large room full of filing cabinets, with each cabinet containing its own set of Documents.
- In DocuPhase, these "cabinets" are referred to as Applications; each Application can be customized with its own set of features, security, and permissions.
- The major building blocks of Applications are known as "Indexes"; Indexes (like labels on file drawers and file folders) allow easy search and access of Documents stored within an Application.
