Tools Tab

The Tools Tab appears in the Navigation Menu Bar when the current user has permission to remotely upload and install any of these DocuPhase modules on their workstation:  ScanDox, iLink, Progression Studio, Progression Notifier.

Important Note:  The Tools menu items that you are permitted to use are listed on the Tools Menu, but they are only there to be used once on the current workstation. 

After completing a successful download and installation, the selected software is available for use directly from your desktop – You do not use the product via this Tools menu;
It is only used for a one-time download to your workstation.

§ iLink Download Link

The iLink product supports high-level integration between DocuPhase and external application programs such as Spreadsheet, Word Processing, Financial and other application-specific software products and in-house-developed programs so that they can interface without software program modifications.

Selecting the Tools>iLink menu choice downloads and installs this product on your local workstation.

§ Progression Notifier Download Link

The Progression Notifier tool provides a convenient way to view and perform your Progression-based workflow tasks without having to log onto DocuPhase.

§ Progression Studio Download Link

The Progression Studio product contains two main features:

•      Progression Designer Studio – That is used by workflow designers to create and maintain business processes and tasks.

•      Progression Manager – That is used by business managers, supervisors as well as by workflow designers to test, monitor and reallocate resources dynamically to effectively understand and manage workflow in real-time.

§ ScanDox Download Link

ScanDox is a flexible and powerful item indexing and capture tool that can provide online as well as offline indexing and capture of digital-files and scanned documents.  ScanDox supports a wide range of scanners and scan speeds (low, medium and high speed).

ScanDox includes the Upload utility that will allow capture to DocuPhase immediately online or at scheduled times or upload items on demand for submission and storage in DocuPhase.

ScanDox is also integrated with Microsoft Office products by using DocuPhase Add-In modules for Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint when your workstation has ScanDox  installed.

Selecting the Tools>ScanDox menu choice downloads and installs both ScanDox and Uploader on your local workstation.
