Description of Gesture Action & Results

Change Page:

  Next Page

  Previous Page

Horizontal Finger or Stylus Swipe: 

  Swipe finger or stylus to the left over the display.

  Swipe finger or stylus to the right over the display.

Scroll Page:

  Scroll Up

  Scroll Down

Vertical Finger or Stylus Swipe:

  Swipe finger or stylus downward over the display.

  Swipe finger or stylus upward over the display.

Zoom on Page:

  Zoom In

  Zoom Out

Pinch:

  Pinch Inward with two fingers apart.

  Pinch Outward with two fingers apart.

Move Content

Use a touch-drag motion with a finger or stylus to select and move content objects.

Select Object

Touch object with a finger or stylus to select it.

For example:

•      Touching a DocuPhase Result Page’s “File” button selects the document and causes its first page to display in the viewer.

•      Touching a workflow task’s named action button such as “Approve” will trigger that action.

•      Touching a Safari Toolbar icon will trigger the action such as activating the on-tablet keyboard to enter text.

Change Record on Results Page

While over the Results Page list of document records in the DocuPhase Application pane:

•      Swipe finger or stylus downward to select the next record.

•      Swipe finger or stylus upward to select the prior record.

Shift View to Application Pane

Show only the DocuPhase Application Pane displaying a search Result Page or Workflow Task, etc. when using landscape mode by using Three Fingers to Swipe to the Right.

Shift View to  Image Viewer

Show only the DocuPhase Application Pane displaying a search Result Page or Workflow Task, etc. when using landscape mode by using Three Fingers to Swipe to the Left.

Return View to Side-by-Side

Show only the DocuPhase Application Pane displaying a search Result Page or Workflow Task, etc. when using landscape mode by using Three Fingers to Swipe Downward.

Re-Orient Device to Profile

Re-Orient the iPad tablet or iPhone device vertically to display its information in Profile mode making greater length of display available -- Very effective for displaying document images as a page in profile with the landscape viewer.

Re-Orient Device to Landscape

Re-Orient the iPad tablet or iPhone device horizontally to display its information in Landscape mode making greater width of display available -- Very effective for displaying the DocuPhase Application pane and the Lightweight Viewer side-by-side.
