Although DocuPhase has a Workflow Tab that provides a way for users to obtain their Progression-based Task/Work Items, the Standard Reporting Tools for Workflow are provided in the Progression Manager Module component of Progression Studio.
Progression Manager includes the following reporting capabilities:
§ Dynamic Display of Process/Task Status on Process Diagram
§ Task Management Status & Statistical Display of Current Work items and Users by Task
Within the DocuPhase browser-based user interface, workflow status and operational controls are available to:
§ Selectively apply search filters to display Process status counts and task details as permitted on the Advanced Work Queue and Work Queue Management pages
§ Display a selected pending task’s indexes and view its Process Diagram using the ‘View Item’ button on the Advanced Work Queue page
§ View DocuPhase and Progression operational workflow results with advanced analysis presented in graphical and/or tabular formats
The Analytics Tab in DocuPhase now provides advanced Analysis, Reports and Dashboards for both DocuPhase Content-Activity and Progression-based Workflow that includes the ability to create custom reports when the user has ‘Analytics Designer’ permission as well as the Analytics Standard Workflow Reports:
§ Process Report
§ Production Report
§ User Productivity Report
