DocuPhase Platform Reporting & Monitoring

Reporting is an advanced capability in the DocuPhase Platform that gathers standard metrics from business processes implemented using DocuPhase and Progression.  Reporting summarizes the operational data in a meaningful and concise manner.

These built-in DocuPhase Reporting features plus interactive Monitoring capabilities allow managers to examine and analyze trends in productivity and the current status of DocuPhase content and Progression-based workflow.  By dynamically viewing current status and  productivity trends allows managers to  make better scheduling and assignment decisions.

Systematic process improvement requires knowledge of current business process metrics.  DocuPhase automatically collects business-process operational and performance data inconspicuously and reports the results on your command.

Two types of Reporting Capabilities exist for DocuPhase and Progression operations and performance:

§ Built-In Reporting & Monitoring Capabilities – The DocuPhase History Report conveniently summarizes activity on stored content items.  The Progression Manager client program, allows users to monitor the business processes and tasks interactively in real-time that they are authorized to access as well as allowing them to dynamically allocate resources to process-tasks when and where they are needed for as long as needed.

§ Advanced DocuPhase Analytics Reporting & Monitoring – Powerful  analytical and reporting tools are provided for flexible tabular and graphical presentation of information as displays, reports and dashboards are provided with the  interactive and browser-based DocuPhase user interface.

The DocuPhase Standard reports and dashboards enable you to monitor DocuPhase content and Progression workflow operations; plus it allows you to easily customize and create your own custom Analysis, Reports and Dashboards – All from within the core DocuPhase browser-based user interface.

Note: As of the 6.0 Release, the Original Legacy Reporting capabilities are replaced with improved and more flexible Analytics Standard reports for the: Batch, Document Count, Page Count and Summary Reports which are explained in the topic:

The DocuPhase database is able to record all significant events associated with every object archived in its Repository, including status changes, index-field updates,  personnel assignments, reproduction events such as printing, faxing, and email of Documents and Document annotation events as well as access attempts when they are optioned for logging.

When Progression Workflow is installed with the DocuPhase Platform, your business process transactions related to DocuPhase content are also tracked as to who, what, when and where to satisfy audit, governance and advanced analytics reporting and analysis.

System Administrators may benefit from auditing the tables that contain information pertaining to events and errors; Supervisors and Managers can identify areas where remedial or additional training is needed; plus, this information is available to DocuPhase standard and custom Reports and Analytics to better understand and manage your business systems.
