Thumbnail Viewer Option Description |
Card View
|
All document pages are displayed in a uniform page size in the thumbnail viewer. |
Aspect View
vs. Card
View: |
Document pages are displayed in their original aspect ratio in the thumbnail viewer. This means that pages scanned or created with a different aspect ratio will appear as different sized thumbnails. This mixture of display sizes can occur within the same document, depending on how the page-images were created. Compare the sample on the left that was scanned as ID-card size and aspect ratio to the example below that was scanned as an 8½“ x 11” page with an ID-card on top and displayed in ‘Card View’ mode. Note: Temporarily in Release 6.0, some thumbnail images in this view may be truncated – As a temporary workaround, use the Card View option. For more information on this, see the Release 6.0 Notes: Notice of Unresolved Issues. |
One Page View
|
Represents document pages by individual images, as scanned, into ScanDox in a vertical column.
|

Outlined Documents |

|
Note: A default setting of 2000 for the maximum number of thumbnails that are handled at one time can be reconfigured as needed to improve speed and efficiency while still allowing all document thumbnails to be accessed.
