ScanDox can be launched in multiple ways, as shown below, from:
•A Desktop icon or
•A Tool Bar in the DocuPhase Viewer using its ‘Send to ScanDox’ tool icon
•A Microsoft Office product: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint via a DocuPhase Add-In button – “Submit to ScanDox”
The ScanDox product can be initiated to perform document scanning plus other document capture and indexing tasks from you desktop or from within DocuPhase, as shown below.
Note: The ‘Send to ScanDox’ feature is available using either the Lightweight HTML5 Viewer or the Heavyweight ActiveX Viewer.
