When ScanDox is launched independently, such as from a Desktop Icon or by using an Office Add-In button, the user will be prompted to Login to ScanDox with his usercode and password to enforce security and identify the user, as shown below.
However when Active Directory Integrated Services (ADIS) are activated and you have previously logged in to DocuPhase, this ScanDox Login prompt is suppressed since you are already identified and you only need to “Login Once” (i.e., the Single Signon feature).
