If the Extract Type selected is Tagged, the Document Index dialogue expands to include options for setting a Tag Value and a Data Location.
Tag Value
Refers to a
literal value found within the document index zone that is used as a reference in
locating an index value. As a tag value is entered, iDox searches the document
index zone to ensure entered characters are within the zone.
The Extracted Value and Index Value fields are automatically populated as iDox finds the entered tag value characters. When an invalid character is entered, an error message will display in the status bar, notifying the user that the tag value cannot be found.
Data Location
The location
(Right, Left, Top, Bottom) of an index value within the document index zone
relative to the location of the Tag Value entered above.
