Drill-Down is the process of dynamically applying criteria to hierarchical Analytics Objects to “drill down” to expose the next level of detail that support summary information.
Since Analytics Analyses may contain many “connected” graphical and non-graphical objects, the application of a criteria to one of the objects in an Analysis causes it to “drill down” as well as making synchronized “drill down” changes to its other “connected” objects.
