The Rich Text format is a generic document format readable by most text processing systems. One advantage of this format is that any Microsoft Windows user has a built-in accessory program to view the report. |
The following example illustrates an Export to PDF operation of the DocuPhase ‘Batch Report’. The export option to ‘Save and Open’ the exported PDF report is used to show the download and open of the report in the Adobe Acrobat PDF reader. RTF export is a similar process.
