Once you have launched the in-frame C/S Help window, you may use the ‘Search Help’ icon in this window’s header to launch the robust DocuPhase Products NetHelp feature, as shown below.
The DocuPhase Products NetHelp system displays in a separate browser tab from the DocuPhase UI. This DocuPhase Products NetHelp system provides you with a broad range of online methods for locating and displaying help information across all of the DocuPhase Platform’s products and manuals as well as the means to display and download saved PDF copies of each manual, as illustrated below.
When both help systems are activated, you can choose which of the Help systems you wish to utilize by transitioning from one browser tab to the other as well as when to close or reopen each of them, as your needs require.
However, you must first open the C/S Help window in order to launch the ‘Search Help’ in a separate tab – After that, both help system operations are fully independent.
The NetHelp Tabs Panel on the left contains three tabs that provide multiple ways of locating and displaying topics:
•Contents – An expandable hierarchical (i.e., Tree Structured) list of topics that are links to each help topic.
•Index – The ability to view, select and search for help using topic heading names.
•Search – The ability to perform word and phrase matching searches on the integrated content of all DocuPhase product materials in this help system.
The NetHelp Topics Display Panel on the right presents the help content and links to related help pages.
§ The power of this integrated overall help system is that you are able to view and search across all help topics and manuals to quickly and easily locate and access the information topics and terms you need which may be in an Advanced User Manual, an Administrator Tool Guide, Installation Guide, or a specialized Help page, etc.
§ Once the information topic you need is located, you are also free to browse or link to additional and related information.
