DocuPhase is the web-based core product that provides the operational and administrative end-user interface for the tightly integrated DocuPhase Platform.
Each of its many primary web-pages share a common header that contains a set of global icon-options at the upper-right corner of these pages, as shown below.
As illustrated above, each of these Global Option Icons will produce a tool-tip display of its option name when your cursor is placed over the icon and allowed to hover:
§ Logout – A link that will log off of DocuPhase
§ DocuPhase – A link to the DocuPhase Corporation Website
§ Help – A link to the DocuPhase Platform Online Help system that provides online integrated help on all DocuPhase Platform Cores and Components; plus, it allows you to view and/or download PDF copies of selected product manuals.
§ Info – A link to the DocuPhase Portal.
§ Preferences – A link to the DocuPhase Preferences page to view and edit your personal interface preferences.
§ Global Search – A DocuPhase field is available in the header to allow a user to perform a ‘Global Search’ inquiry for the presence of the entered value across all of the DocuPhase Applications the user is permitted to access and search. The user’s Global Preference settings for Search determine the types of content that will be examined in the search (see the Global Search Preferences tab explanation in the DocuPhase Global Preference Settings topic.
