Monitoring Viewer Cache (Viewer Console)
This screen is informational only (i.e., read-only): allowing you to see/monitor/evaluate settings in the dataservice web config (“C:\ProgramData\DocuPhase\DocuPhase Service\ViewerCacheServiceConfig.xml”) with regard to Viewer Console cache configuration some situations, the settings may need to be changed to speed up user-access for viewing and working with Documents.
WARNING!
Please use this feature (i.e., configuration settings) with great care in order to prevent issues that may interfere with optimum system performance.

Server

select the server for which you want to Viewer cache.

view the maximum size (in GB) that the DocuPhase Viewer cache is allowed to grow before space is reclaimed.
WARNING!!!
Use caution when the maximum size is set to No Limit as it will consume any available disk space.

toggle (i.e., show/hide) side-by-side graph representations of the Viewer Cache with regard to before and after expiration cleanup and maximum limit).

toggle (i.e., show/hide) the orientation of the graph representations of the Viewer Cache (as described above) from side-by-side to stacked.
