Data Exchange is an DocuPhase product that runs as a service in the background to perform SQL lookups on external databases that hold the customer’s information to automatically fill index fields. It may also be used by DocuPhase and Progression and other DocuPhase products to update external databases.
This auto-fill indexing capability improves efficiency and accuracy of the indexing for documents as well as reduces human indexing effort and errors.
