Business Process Improvement (BPI)

Business Process Improvement is a systematic approach to improving an organization’s business processes.

Business Process Improvement consists of defining the organizations “who, what and why”, the organizations customers and the how the process can be done more efficiently.

For example, by defining who you are, what you do and why you do it, the organization’s strategic goals, purposes and objectives are realigned; by defining who you serve, the organization and the customers are realigned. The realigning exercise fosters the radical change in an organizations behavior, rather than small incremental changes.
