The General Tab displays the name of the Binder and allows you to edit its name as well as allows you to view and enter a description of the Binder for informational purposes.
This description will be available for viewing in the tooltip display for the binder along with its checked-out status when hovering or selecting the entry.
The other Binder definition tabs allow you to configure the Binder Documents, Sub-Binders and any Related Documents.
